Mr. Kerry T. Stotter
F.A.C.A.

Chairman & Non Executive Director

 


A KPMG partner in New Zealand for 32 years, Kerry retired from the firm in 1999, subsequently working in directorships and governance advisory roles.

He is Chairman of Waste Disposal Services, a joint venture 'LATE' between Manukau City and Trans-Pacific Industries, a director of Auckland Regional Holdings and Chairman of its subsidiary Sea+City Projects Ltd, both these companies being part of the Auckland Regional Council stable of organizations responsible for infrastructure assets in the region, e.g. Ports of Auckland.

Kerry is a Board member of the NZ Rugby Players Association Incorporated.

Kerry is also actively involved with local and national ‘Not for Profit' organizations in the fields of arts and sustainability.

Kerry is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) and a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.

     


Mr. Rick Gazzard

Non Executive Director

 


Mr. Gazzard was appointed a director of STRACON Holdings Limited in December 2006 and is also a member of the Alliance Board at STRACON's Globe Progress Project in Reefton, New Zealand.

Formally President of BHP Coal in Queensland Australia, Mr. Gazzard retired from the company in 2001. Mr. Gazzard has a wealth of experience in the mining industry having held a number of senior operational and management roles throughout his career, including at Ok Tedi mine in Papua New Guinea and Camberwell Coal in NSW, Australia.

Mr. Gazzard was formally a director of Eastern Corporation.

     


Mr. Steve Dixon

Mr. Dixon has twenty years experience in the international mining and construction industry having held senior project and operational management positions on a number of large mining and construction projects located throughout Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, the Former Soviet Union and South America.

Projects he has managed range from residential and commercial subdivisions, pipelines and road construction, to large scale earthworks and open cut mining operations, including earth dam construction, mine infrastructure development and open cut mining operations.

Mr. Dixon previously held the position of Operations Manager for Thiess South America.
     


Mr. Karl van den Brenk

Executive Director

 


A mining professional with over twenty years experience in the transport and mining industry, having held a number of technical, operational and management roles throughout Australia, Indonesia and South America. Mr. van den Brenk has a detailed understanding of the geological, mine design/planning, operations and processing areas of a mining business and has participated in numerous international project reviews. Mr. van den Brenk has had a long association with South America and has significant operating experience on the continent.
