Communicate STRACON´s Community Relations Policy and procedures to all employees, communities, clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers;

Consult with communities to gain an appreciation and understanding of their needs and expectations;

 
>
Seek to employ and train members of local communities as far as reasonably practical;

 
>
Actively involve our organization in the development of communities through carefully managed participation in social, recreational and charitable initiatives;

 
>
Set measurable targets and seek to continually improve our performance in this area of our business, and;

 
>
Annually review and revise our Community Relations Policy and programs.

 

We must ensure our presence results in a positive impact upon the communities in which we operate.
