Mr. Cox has sixteen years experience in the mining industry, spanning alluvial gold, coal and base metals. Mr. Cox has held technical, supervisory and management positions in both exploration and operations areas, including supervising and managing mining operations in Bolivia, Argentina and Peru. Prior to assuming his current role with STRACON, Mr. Cox held the position of Coal Quality / Production Geologist at Stockton Opencast Coal Mine in New Zealand .

     


Mr. Rob Phillips

Mr. Phillips owned and operated a civil construction contracting business for ten years, prior to entering the mining industry twenty years ago. Mr. Phillips has held senior supervisory and site management roles on a number of mining projects in New Zealand , including Rotowaro, Kopaku and Takitimu coal mines.

     


Mr. Luis Seminario

Mr. Seminario has twelve years experience in the construction industry working with international contractors in Peru , Argentina and New Zealand . Mr. Seminario has participated in the development and execution of a number of diverse projects ranging from residential, road construction, large scale earthworks, mining infrastructure and hydroelectric and thermal power stations.

Mr. Seminario is responsible for the estimating, planning, budgeting and project controls, designing structures and managing and monitoring the execution of civil projects.

     


Mr. Marco Antonio Tejada

Mr. Tejada is metallurgical and materials engineer with an MBA in Finance.

Mr. Tejada has thirteen years of experience in the mining industry in the area of metallurgical, environmental and construction activities, including construction and maintenance of copper and poly-metallic plants and concentrators.
